modelcheck error can't be erased in a part

For design reasons, my R&D department made a chamfer on a part and then made a circle on the surface.
But... modelcheck, as defined, shows us an error: Entities without surfaces likely to be buried(1)

If I choose the feature in the dialog box and click "Ignore Feature", I get this message:

- Ignore parameter added to feature #4909.

I save, clean up my workspace, reopen the room, MC again but... the error recurs.

And if I choose to skip the feature again, I get these messages:

MC_BURIED_SUSPECT - parameter already exists.
Ignore parameter added to feature #4909.

I would like to understand where the MC_buried_suspect parameter is written, and why, my first action is not registered with my part.

Could you help me?

Regards

Yes, PTC support contact me, and we found the solution.

In my check files, i change the IGNORE_OPTION in interactiv mode from N to Y.

And it works.

Thanks for your support 🙂

Hi @Dom_BOUCHARDY

Can you share the part file?

Thanks.

Hi Dom,

Will it works for you?

MC_BURIED_FEAT_IGNORE_MERGE_FEAT set to NO in config_init

Hi all,

@NSS: i don't have this option in our config_init.mc

Also, we want to test our 3D models so that they don't have burried functions.

@Mahesh_Sharma: Yes it is possible, but for privacy reasons I will open a PTC incident.
