ptcstatus path

I'm trying to run this batch file but it cannot find the path specified. I'm not entirely sure how to correctly reroute it to the right locations. Can anyone help?

I use the dos window cmd to run. I change directories to the folder it is in.

In my case, it's under C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 3.0\M070\Parametric\bin

Notice the creo 3.0 and M070. Youll need to get your path right and then right click on the 'COMMAND PROMPT HERE'

Command prompt still returns with "The system cannot find the path specified."

Edit: I just tried this method on a different Creo install that is located on our license server and it ran through fine so this did the trick. Thank you!
