"License request failed for feature". if I click "ok", it just shut down.

I have already installed CREO 3.0 64-bit on my mac parallels laptop(windows 7) . and when I try to open any of the programs, it will show me  error message "License request failed for feature". if I click "ok", it just shut down.

Hi,

please attach a picture of error message window. Its contents is saved in std.out file (in startup directory), too.
