what is the application of option import profile editor( tools -> import profile editor) and what is the default location of .dip file.

I am looking for the use of the option import profile editor,

Tools -> import profile editor.

Also what is the default location of .dip file.

Actually I need to provide this .dip with creo installation itself and config file should pick it up from provided location.
