My application for the 30 day Evaluation of Chalk was not approved

Last week I applied for the 30 day Evaluation of Chalk. However, the application has been rejected. I would like to be approved by you, what should I do?

I already use a personal edition, is it affected?

This problem was solved by having PTC Japan cooperate.

 

The cause is as follows.

I just heard back from the team on our side   it looks like the rejection happened because as a partner, you needed to include a (P) in front of the business name.  I just want to confirm that youre seeking to sign up for a partner account and I can go ahead and get everything setup.

@Tetsu Could you please share the login ID been used to signup for Chalk ? We can check internally to get feedback on the request status.
