Customer is using an iSafe ATEX Tablet IS930.1, running Android 9.0.
When setting up a video call, the app doesnt register the environment (it keeps showing the guidance tip to learn the environment).
The tablet is not listed on the supported device list. Is there a way to solve this issue?
What type of environment are you trying to map? See our Help Center for some additional guidance on mapping environments. Unsupported devices may not work when learning the environment as they have not been tested.
i also facing similar case. the device can not register the environment, it keeps showing the guidance tip to learn the environment.

i attached those datasheet. i'm aware that those devices is not registered in the ARCore.
the question is , should we change the device , or we can request support for those devices registered/tested ?
