Change language of procedures

Current Situation:

Currently for every language a different procedure has to be created.

Target Situation:

It would be helpful if the procedure has to be created just once and the language could be switched by a button or drop down menu. The benefit would be we just have to update one procedure and maybe in the future an automatic translation feature could be implemented.
