Can't connect/access Thingworx Studio trial version to Thingworx composer

I'm new with thingworx. I installed thingworx  studio trial version on my windows 10 PC. I would like to access the composer of the same(my trial version) but I'm unable to. 

I have tried using the url provided in the settings section but still cannot access it.  Does anybody have an idea/ options of how to go about with this?
