Can't install ThingWorx Studio on the Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Hello,

I can't install the Studio on the Windows 7 Pro 64bit. Gives me error everytime I try. See attachment for the log.

Could somebody help please?

In the log I see that installer detect system as Win 32. Is this an issue? How to work around it?

Sergey Klyutsev​ : Do you get the same error while running the Studio installer .exe file while doing Right click – Run as Administrator?

Could you try switching to another windows account to login and see if that allows the installation. Meanwhile, will also check if there is some compatibility issues or not.

Yes, the same thing if Run as Administration.

I was able to install it on the Windows 10 64bit virtual machine (VMWare).

Unfortunately I can't try on Windows 7 with different account.
