Dose "Experience Service" need separated license?

Does anyone know if "Experience Service" needs separated license or free?  How to get the what kinds of licenses if it needs license?

@eyli  Yes, Vuforia Experience Service has a commercial paid license and is available in different packages for customers/partners.   I would request to please reach out to PTC Account Sales Representative and let me know if you would like me to assist someone from the  PTC Sales team to reach you.
