Download Experience Service for offline view

Hi,

 

I am using Hololens II and have trying the previously new feature which is download experience.

I able to download experience and view the downloaded experience thanks to the nice documentation below.

However, for some projects it return "download experience failed" and I noticed that the failed download experience have more than 10MB file size. Just would like to know if there are limitations for experience download.

I saw a customer download more than 500Mb experience.

For your case, it seems that you are using a trial version and the below path does not exist anymore.

    We just bought Vuforia Studio and tried offline viewing, but still if fail to download.

    Actually where is the path mentioned in the log? It keeps telling "Could not find a part of the path". And I can't find it anywhere.

    Hi @Jimwang ,

     

    Yes. I'm using trial version. We're going to buy license very soon. Just trying it out to ensure if its really work. If that the case, then it should be okay after license purchase.
