Error Configure Vuforia Studio

I installed my server, THINGWORX FOUNDATION it and Vuforia Studio are communicating, when I try to make a publication it does not leave and asks to connect to do this and the following error appears

Can you use the same account/password to login your Thingworx server?

What is the error in your Vuforia Experience console during the publish?

    It was not, I tried to use the same and not connect
