Failed to authenticate experience server

Dear support,

I installed experience service 8.4. When I tried connecting Vuforia Studio with the URL like https://<IP>:2019 and hit the validate button, it returns  "Failed to authenticate experience server" error.

 

I also tried accessing https://<IP>:2019\studio-trial.vuforia.io/ExperienceService/ui and it returned 

{"message":"Not Found","errorCode":"","error":{}}

I tried accessing https://<IP>:2019\studio-trial.vuforia.io/ExperienceService/ping and it returned OK.

 

Can anyone help find out how to fix this issue?

In a Web browser, to access to Vuforia Experience Service URLs are :

http<s>://<IP>:<Port>/ExperienceService

http<s>://<IP>:<Port>/ExperienceService/ping

 

I don't understand where is coming from this path : studio-trial.vuforia.io

 

I believe that a setting has this value in configuration.json file.

Please share it.

    Yes I made a mistake to input the wrong address. Anyway I have been able to connect Vuforia Stduio to ES successfully without any change.  Thanks for your help.
