The HoloLens currently has the capability to handle 2GB of RAM. We uploaded a 65MB PVZ file thru ThingWorx Studio and wasn't able to download or view it in HoloLens. We are processing a few more files at different sizes to evaluate...but am wondering if anybody knows the PVZ file size limit to view in HoloLens?
Bill,
I have no issues using files sizes up to 100MB and viewing the same in HoloLens. The download to the HL may take a little longer depending on the network connectivity, but once populated, the Experiences view very well and are stable.

Thanks for the reply Brian and good to know that 100MB is possible. Are you using the PTC cloud to store the experience or are you using an on-prem server? Maybe our on-prem server is the source of our issue.
Hi Bill,
At this moment in time, we are still using the PTC Cloud for storage for all our Experiences. Of course we always find that the weakest link in the whole chain of Experience downloads is the quality of the last step Wi-Fi link which, if its of particularly poor quality not allowing full capacity bandwidth, will just stop the download, leaving the HoloLens hanging!

Brian
