when is not showing and what that actually means : example when you change the current step will the appearance change flowing the steps (it should display the start status of the step) - is there any effect , on any steps or all steps etc.
then playing what happend when you try to play the different steps or use the forward service (bind to gesture on HL). (nothing, display wrong always, some steps are displayed on step start OK and some are not displayed or, some steps could play other are not played or not correctly played)
so when you say it is ok in preview. could you do a simple test on mobile project and look if the play will work on the mobile - so the same approach only change is that you need 2d buttons instead of gesture/voice command.
