I can't install the aplicative

I have a problem when i download the app thingworx studio, after download, show this message: Is not possible to start the app.

Can you please share your server details OS, bit etc.

Also, can you please check <User_Home>\AppData\Roaming\ThingworxStudio. Try deleting this folder (make sure to take a backup) and reinstall the app.
