I get an error message when I try to install ThingWorx Studio (start of setup.exe) - is there a solution?

Andreas Kunsmann​:  Please try deleting the files under <user home>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\ and re-install the studio exe file.  Run as Administrator while launching the installer. You can review our existing knowledge base article for reference.
