Illustrate section in Vuforia Studio preview broken?

Hi there,

It used to work fine to preview Section created in Illustrate Sequence with Vuforia Studio.

But not it's broken, still visible on devices.

How to fix it?

is this secion shown in the picture  created by the sectioning tool in Creo Illustrate?

What are the versions of the used  Illustrate and Studio?

So far I know, still section cuts are not supported yet. But I am not 100% sure , may be in the mean time I missed some announcement (need to check what’s new more carefully )

Therefore, I checked it with Creo Illustrate 6.0.0 and Vuforia Studio 8.5.5

But I was not able to see the section/s created with sectioning tool in Creo Illustrate - also the section was not visible also in preview mode:

Did you have some specific non default setting in Studio?

Yes, I created the section by the sectioning tool in Creo Illustrate.

I'm using Illustrate 6.0.0 and Vuforia Studio 8.5.5 as well.

With default settings.

By the way, the Still Section I created is in a static Figure, no Sequence/Animation in it.

Have you tried publishing the experience and open it with Vuforia View on mobile device?

It works.

Even it is not visible in Preview mode.

thanks for clarification, I will check now on  mobile devices /android and IOS and HoloLens /not today but hope this week/

And well discuss it with dev team. May be  there are some changes...
