Is Thingworx View App available outside of MS store?

Now Thingworx View App available outside of MS store so this could be a suitable solution for companies where the access of the MS App store is not allowed.

ThingWorx View for Win10 is available for commercial customers to download from PTC.com ( Order or Download Software Updates ).
