The thingworx view app keeps asking for my credentials

I created a basic AR project, attached a thingmark and published it.

When I open the view app and scan the appropriate thingmark it recognizes the mark and asks which related experience to open.

Then I open the experience and it asks for my credentials.

But when I input my credentials it just defaults back to the credential input window (login required)

This happens on both wifi and 4G.

Am I missing a crucial step ?

Solved:

The autocomplete on my Phone for my username / email did not have the correct capital letters

When I fixed this the login worked.
