Hi,
We are unable to view any of the experiences we had created under the Pilot Program since yesterday. Even while publishing an experience we are getting an error:
Could not contact the Experience Service, verify the server is running. Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND
Any help on this would be appreciated. We still have another 50 days remaining in our Trial instance, so I don't think it's a problem.

Are you able to access your Experience Service directly? Are you both a Pilot and Trial user?
Tara McCombie : Vikas confirmed they are using Pilot and having difficulty in accessing Experience service. I am checking internally to look into the issue.

Our server also seems to be down, we can not access ThingWorx at all.
Ross Anderson: Could you please provide the error message you are getting and details of your Experience server? Also, are you using a Pilot Program/Trial Studio instance ?

The server seems to be working now. We are able to see our experiences.
