ThingWorx Studio Experience Server down?

Hi,

 

We are unable to view any of the experiences we had created under the Pilot Program since yesterday. Even while publishing an experience we are getting an error:

Could not contact the Experience Service, verify the server is running. Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND

 

Any help on this would be appreciated. We still have another 50 days remaining in our Trial instance, so I don't think it's a problem.

Hi Vikas,

Are you able to access your Experience Service directly? Are you both a Pilot and Trial user?

Tara McCombie​ : Vikas confirmed they are using Pilot and having difficulty in accessing  Experience service. I am checking internally to look into the issue.

Vikas Pawar​ : We will keep you posted on this with more details soon.

Our server also seems to be down, we can not access ThingWorx at all.
