Vuforia Experience Service not accesible with second Laptop

Hello Community,
I have set up Vuforia Studio including the whole ecosystem on a private network. Here, unfortunately, I can not reach the server of Vuforia Experience Service via a second laptop.

When I try to ping the server through this link, it does not respond.
http<s>://<hostname>:<2019>/ExperienceService/ping

I can however access thingworx with the second laptop.
http<s>://<hostname>:<8080>/thingworx

I have already opened the ports in the firewall.

From the computer on which I have installed both software, both servers can be accessed without any problems. The problem is that I can not access the Experience Service with the second laptop on which I wanted to install Vuforia View.
