Vuforia Experience Service not accesible with second Laptop

Hello Community,
I have set up Vuforia Studio including the whole ecosystem on a private network. Here, unfortunately, I can not reach the server of Vuforia Experience Service via a second laptop.

When I try to ping the server through this link, it does not respond.
http<s>://<hostname>:<2019>/ExperienceService/ping

I can however access thingworx with the second laptop.
http<s>://<hostname>:<8080>/thingworx

I have already opened the ports in the firewall.

From the computer on which I have installed both software, both servers can be accessed without any problems. The problem is that I can not access the Experience Service with the second laptop on which I wanted to install Vuforia View.

Pls share the Studio logs and make sure that you are entering the correct URL.

Have you tried to access the experience server url using the ip-address?

looks like a name resolution issue.
