Been using Vuforia studio for about 2 months now.  Not sure if it is trial or not.  Yesterday, logged in no problem.  Later in the day an error occurred when try to save a project.  Closed application.  Haven't been able to log in since.  See log files attached.  First from early in the day.  Second showing error at login

Yes, updating the software seemed to take care of the issue.  Though I took a slightly different path to get there.  I was able to revert back to an earlier version.  That allowed to me to open the app again.  Then I updated software from within the app.  All seems to be good now.

thanks again.

Hello,

The exception is :

[2019-08-26T16:13:51.466Z] Starting node.exe
internal/modules/cjs/loader.js:584
 throw err;
 ^

Error: Cannot find module 'jsonfile'

It seems a file is missing or it is not accessible.

I saw that it is Vuforia Studio 8.4.5.

Vuforia Studio 8.4.7 is available.

I would recommend these steps :

  1. Backup Vuforia Studio files in this folder in Windows %USERPROFILE%\Documents\VuforiaStudio
  2. Download last version from PTC Download page
  3. Install it to do the update

Best regards,

Samuel
