Cause
-Issue in local network to reach Vuforia Experience Service
Resolution
Work with IT team to ensure traffic to Experience Service is open
Workaround :
-Use an open network to view Experiences
-From laptop where Vuforia Studio can publish a Project successful, share internet connection to the smartphone
-Check network settings on devices especially when using in internal local network
