unable to openl vuforia studio on windows 10 x64

Hello, 

I am unable to open vuforia studio and launch it after installation, error attached to this message for more clarity please check it , any kind of help would be appreciated thanks in advance,

    Hello Abdelhaim,

     

    I have some questions :

     

    1. What do you have in folder %USERRPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\VuforiaStudio\studio-download.vuforia.io ?
    2. What is the size of this folder if it exists ? (In my workstation for Vuforia Studio 8.5.7, size on disk is 522Mo)
    3. Did you try to uninstall Vuforia Studio, redownload install and run installer again ?

    Hello Samuel,

    1-  I have four files in folder %USERRPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\VuforiaStudio\studio-download.vuforia.io :

     i- dist

    ii- node_module 

    iii- mbdist.version

    iv- momodule.version

     

    2- the size of this folder on the disk is 522 M

     

    3- yes, I already did that & it doesn't work.

     

    any suggestion?
