vuforia studio install does not open

just installed the free trail of vuforia studio it installed when the splash comes up you click the open button and then a web page opens that has an address of local host 3000 but nothing every displays, what I am missing

Do you use Internet Explorer web browser ?

If the answer is yes, I recommand you to use Chrome.
