Changing attributes with REST API on Windchill

Hello, 

 

I have question about Windchill & RestApi.

My question is there any ready API for changing a attribute of WtDocument & Cad Document?

 

I need to be understand about how can we started? I think that, first of all i need to be checked-out file, after that change attribute and it need to be checked-in.
