Comments with Carriage Returns in QueryBuilder

This is the comment as entered;

1.  Changed my quantity to 1

2.  Changed my quantity to 2

3.  This is the last line 3

In the report it looks like this:

1.  Changed my quantity to 12.  Changed my quantity to 23.  This is the last line 3

Is there any way to honor the carriage returns in the comments within a report?

Not sure why my changes didn't take effect, but hey...

This is not the case when I export to CSV.

It seems to only be a problem when I export to XML, XLS, and XLSX.  It would be nice if the carriage returns were there for these...anyone know what I'm missing?
