Defaulting a template for a WTDocument Type

Hello,

I want to auto-populate a template based on the type of WTDocument the user selects, I have a template created for a specific sub type, as soon as a user selects that sub type in the new document creation window, the template should be auto selected instead of wanting the user to select it in the dropdown. Requesting you all to share some light on the same.
