How to provide a downloadable file via FormResult?

Hello,

I've implement a new wizard to generate a report (.xlsx) and return it to the user as a downloadable file.

I used the logic from this topic: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS218250?&language=en&posno=1&q=setResultNextAction&source=search 

For wizard it works as expected, but I need this function for a custom table action without a wizard.

Does anyone know if it is possible?
