ODATA Rest API

For viewing ODATA Swagger UI in 11.0 M030 CPS18 you can use the Customiztion Odata Rest API link which navigates to URL https://<server>/Windchill/netmarkets/html/wrs/doc.html

However the link below shows:

Any suggestions on what is missing in the configuration to correctly open it?
