Provide admin access Non admin users

Hi Team,

I need to be provided with the few admin privileges for some groups. How to provide any solution and suggestion for this requirement?

1. Access for all contexts (products)
2. Access for undo-checkout of all objects
3. Access to search data which are not checked in (Present only in user workspace)
4. Access to view all the users and groups
5. Access for deleting the latest revision of an object or all revisions
6. Access to Job monitor for checking the status of the published jobs
7. Access to restart the workflows in case of issues (set state or reassign lifecycle)
8. Access to reset Innoface transfer attributes
9. Access to republish or Create new representation
10. Access to reassign workflow tasks
