Unable to Edit or Modify existing Notebook entry WIndhcill 10.2
There is no options under the Actions button, only copy and collapse.
When I right mouse click on the a General Link or Hotlink Only see the view information icon.
I thought I should be able to delete or add local file etc....
Any ideas - I am looking at PTC Article CS129909 which seems to suggest no fix in this version of Windchill. Is that correct or I am missing somethgin regarding the Access Control Policys.
