Windchill 13.0.2.5 extension manager garbled characters in Chinese environment

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.2.5

1. Windchill 13.0.2.5 extension manager garbled characters in Chinese environment, Windchill 13.0.2.2 extension manager is displayed normally; Pls where is the extension manager resouce file
2.How to remove the menu because we found that customizing this menu does not work, how to remove the add menu in the site navigation?

Can you provide screen shots? Do you think there is an error with CPS 5 or was this just something that happened in installation? Sounds like you are looking to revert back to 13.0.2.2 or CPS 2. Not sure that is possible unless you roll back to a previous backup. Was this CPS just applied?

    1. The follow screen shots windchill 13.0.2.5,  show garbled characters and can't remove the OOTB menus.

    2. The follow screen shot windchill 13.0.2.2,  no garbled characters  and no extension menus.  so I think it's ok.

    Recommend opening a case with PTC. Sounds like a bug on their end.
