Windchill slowness is non English Browsers

Hi,

Has anyone faced issues like Windchill being slow for certain functions (Version 10.2 M022) only in non English browsers?

We have few users who use PCs with languages other than English as their default language and this specifc group of users alone face slowness often.

Any clue?

Greetings,  we've noticed this in the past, but it seemed to us, the issue turned out to be the local internet connection was more at fault than the language of the browser.  Have you checked that connection?

Thanks for replying James,

Indeed that was our first suspect but it later turned out to be false, since when the browser languages are set to English the slowness doesn't persist and Windchill loads faster.

It seems more likely to the non english setting of browsers and indeed the Operating system language for this specific users are even non english.

Our colleagues in Italy and Germany use non-English Windows settings on their computers and set their browsers to their local language.  We don't seem to have an issue.  However we still have the embedded browser in Work Group Manager for Inventor set to English, for some odd reason. Probably we have never gotten around to changing it.  In any case, they seem to operate just fine, as long as their connection is good.
