I don't think there is a way to export from the Baseline directly.

You can add all the items in the Baseline to a Workspace and then export a list of the Workspace contents.

Under 'Related Objects', the Actions menu: don't you have an 'Export to XLS' action? 

Maybe we needed to configure WC for this.
