ACM server is down - ldap connector issue

I am using Windchill InfoEngine Adapters Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS F000

Hello,
after a rehosting of our ACM server in integration environment to be closer of production environment, we lost our adapters to local (windchill) LDAP and our own LDAP named Darwin.
we tried to reconfigure it at HTTP Server Level and ACM level.
To configure HTTP server , we update the file corresponding and it HTTP server works fine.
To configure ACM server , we used the web admin interface. we configured connectors to local LDAP and to Darwin.But the ACM server goes down with following errors:
