Adding a existing creo model in windchill to a new family table

Hello all,

 

I have a screw released as an individual part in Windchill(released state). I have family table for screw. Can i add the new revision of standalone screw in Family Table ? is this possible without breaking existing relations of the screw in the assembly ?
