Hello,
on Windchill we have many drawings pdf representation (in Creo View) which aren't up-to-date with respect to their part, because many times erroneously happened to check-out -> modify -> check in the part without doing the same on its drw at the same time in session on the CAD machine.
Now if someone wants to access the cabinets and open a drawing in Creo View, it may not be up-to date.
In order to fix this, it would be necessary to manually open each .drw in parametric and check-out -> regen & update -> check in. Since our drawings are many, it would be quite unthinkable for its time consumption.
What I am searching for is a possible way to do the steps check-out -> regen & update -> check in automatically for all the drawings in the cabinet, of for a selected bulk of search result.
Either on the CAD machine, or with the worker agent which carries the publication of Creo View representations (which lies on Windchill server).
Anyone has ever done something like this, or knows how to?
