CATIA WGM with Windchill 11.0 M030

When we compiled the CATIA WGM, it build successful, but if you open CATIA from the "WGM 11.0 CATIA V5-6 R20XX" shortcut, CATIA launches with the Windchill menu missing. If you launch the "Windchill Workgroup Manager 11.0 M030" and then open a file to CATIA from WGM, it will launch a CATIA session that does have the menu. Does anyone know how to fix the missing menu in the CATIA session so that it is not necessary to use WGM to launch CATIA?

May be you can search for the shortcut "WGM 11.0 CATIA V5" and then launch CATIA from this shortcut. It should be on your desktop once you have registered CATIA with your WGM. If its not present, try searching for it in All Programs.
