Can't edit filter in structure tab and workspace in CAD Documents

Hi,

we have a problem with the edit filter in both the workspace and Structure tab. When we select any CAD Document and click Edit Filter there is an error: " Filters are not applicable for selected objects".

What is wrong with it? Last week it works perfectly but for some reason, we can't edit filter anymore.

When we open structure in WTPart and click Edit Filter, there is NO Configuration Specification tab. Are there any problems with the windchill server or privelages?
