Classification explorer doesnt show the tree structure

Is there any specific license required to view the tree structure in classification explorer?

We get a blank list as below for the tree structure.

Hi @AP_10483126

I don't think there is a license issue.

Three can be ACL access rule issue.

Based on the picture, the object is loaded to the table, but the information from object is not shown in the table.

First I would try clean a explorer temporary files and cache and also restart Windchill with cleaning the server cache, temp , and so on

What ACL needs here you think ?

Hi @AP_10483126

First You can test WTObject with full control to one user who can not see the values.

If it helps, then it is ACL issue, if not you then it is different issue and you need to keep searching.

log files, debug settings and so on.

What is the status of Solr? Classification will not show up if Solr is not running or the Index is not created.

Check that the user has right licenses and is not also part of View and Print license group.

Are there parts classified?

Have visited this article before. But none of them have a solution to this issue. Yes its experienced across all the users.

Long shot, what about rebuilding jsp cache? Clearing the tomcat compiled jsp pages and having them rebuilt. Its strange that you can not see the names of the nodes. What about in manage classifications? You didn't answer if this was working then suddenly not. Also I know that if a node has no parts classified under it, it will not appear when browsing.

Tried in another system it works all good without classified parts also the tree structure is visible in the classification explorer.

It is the first time the classification tree has been created and the parts have been created for the respective classification. The classification tree is visible in the manage classification . The issue is on the classification search .
