Clustering in 10.2

Hi,

Is the clustering procedure differenr in windchill PDmlink 10.2 version?

I have followed manuel proceudre for configuring cluster but I heard there is a different procedure in 10.2.

Could you pease explain the procedure followed in 10.2 version of windchill?

Yes, the process is different (and much simpler).

Hi,

I have another concern ,

How Windchil directory service is managed in 10.2 clustered environment?? If master goes down then one of the salve would become master and how it will communicate with WDS?? are there separate instance of it ??

If the physical machine down then it is like whole system down if WDS is not accessible. please clarify this.

    Hi,

    For this you need to configure  Windchill DS Replication in all the Nodes, so when DS goes down in Master , Slave will be active with Slave DS replication.
