Collect Downstream Equivalent Part Add All Views in filter

Use Case: how can I fix the "Edit Filter" windows adding all the Available views?

Once I try to collect the manufacturing views I have to get crazy reopening several times to collect the different equivalent part views 

could it be possible to fix the edit filter just like picture 1 as admin for all the users?
