Context Role Removal Removes Access Control Rules? (WC 11.0)

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else had experienced or had an opinion on something I observed recently.  When a context team member, who has the "Modify Team" action, removes a role from the team then all of the access control rules where that role is the participant are also removed from the domain.  This is different behavior from 10.1 and I'm wondering what the community thinks?

Haven't tried that yet. That is NOT how I would expect it to work. I would expect to only modify the team and nothing else.
