I just want to know if theres a way to activate the markup menu while opening a pdf file?.

If yes, how?

You need to have Adobe Acrobat installed in order for markups to be available for PDFs

Hi Lori,

I have Acrobat reader installed on my pc but still the markup tab in creo view still in grayscale. What are the procedure to make it available?.

Adobe Reader is different than Adobe Acrobat.
