Data deleted in the new revision is deleted from the entire revision

We have assembly data with 3 revisions. 1st data upload has been done. 2nd revision data upload was made. The changed and added parts are located correctly in the second revision. 3rd revision data upload was made. We saw that only the deleted parts were deleted from all revisions. What's the problem ? Can you help me ?

I researched. I found a solution. If you want to see the sub-parts of previous versions in the old version, you need to add a workspace as stored.
