Drawing sets for sharing in PDF

Hi All, I'm looking at an issue we have. Some users are collating copies of released drawings in PDF outside of Windchill because it's too much pain pulling a full drawing set from the products and Libraries. We have project Link but are restricted from using this externally.

 

Does anyone have a similar issue and how have you resolved this?

 

#Looking for ideas.

Can you download the PDF from the drawing content Tab?  Go to the Content tab, then page down to the  Representations/Annotations section, right click over the thumbnail, a popup menu will appear.  Select Files.  If your CADworker has been set up to produce PDFs one will be there.
