For the flagged items in an ECN is it possible to limit permission to all but owner?

Hi Jeremy, by flagged items do you mean the Affected/Resulting objects on an ECN's "Change Task"?

Assuming you do, are you looking to prevent editing to these or prevent anyone else from even seeing these?

Also, list out the business problem and perhaps there is a more viable solution.
