ESI does not collect Reference Document while publishing to SAP

Hi,

 

While publishing Process Plan I need to publish Reference Documents attached to Operations as well, but unfortunately, the system does not collect them. I have no issue with Describe Documents which are collected, but for Reference Documents, it seems that this functionality is not working. I have looked on ESI preferences and Distribution Target configuration but didn't find anything particular - all looks fine at first glance.

Does anyone know if there is something that needs to be set up in order to publish Reference Documents? Some preference, property?

There is one preference that I suspect (I don't actually recall at this point) will affect both.

ESI>Settings>Document>Publish Reference Documents

Try setting this to "Yes".

Actually in addition there is that preference that defines LC State in which Reference Documents must be, in order to be automatically collected by ESI upon publication  to SAP.

ESI->Settings->Documents->Reference Document Configuration Specification State.

 

With these 2 preferences works like a charm.
